Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8–10 hour shifts)
Pay: $20-$34/hour based on experience
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours. Occasional Saturdays based on workload (not frequent)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience in Lathe/Turn machining. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable in CNC Lathe/Turn programming, machine setup, and operation. This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours and potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC Lathe/Turn machines

• Set up machines, tooling, and fixtures for efficient production

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality

• Make necessary adjustments to maintain part tolerances

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience with CNC Lathe/Turn programming

• Familiarity with a variety of CNC lathe machines and manufacturing setups

• Understanding of machining processes, tooling, and G/M code programming

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time with occasional overtime
