Monday - Friday; 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

We’re hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a growing company, offering long-term potential for strong performers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist machine operators and production staff

• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment

• Monitor production equipment

• Inspect finished products for quality

• Count, weigh, and record production data

• Load and unload materials from machines and conveyors

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience a plus

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs

• Stand for most of the shift

• Perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching
