Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing techniques to identify top-tier passive and active talent.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess technical skills, cultural alignment, and career goals.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership to understand department needs, define job requirements, and provide regular data-driven updates on the hiring funnel.

• Offer Negotiation: Manage the closing process, including compensation benchmarking, reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
