We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work alongside meaningful in-office collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a talent scout at heart, capable of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to the final offer negotiation. Whether you come from a high-volume staffing agency or a fast-paced internal corporate environment, we are looking for someone who can build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing techniques to identify top-tier passive and active talent.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess technical skills, cultural alignment, and career goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership to understand department needs, define job requirements, and provide regular data-driven updates on the hiring funnel.

Offer Negotiation: Manage the closing process, including compensation benchmarking, reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
