Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist
· Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist. This individual will play a key role in building client relationships, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of IBC Tote containers in the FL, SC, NC regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Find IBC Totes from suppliers while negotiating pricing, terms, and availability
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, vendor communications, and inventory needs
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, procurement, supply chain, or a related field preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
