A growing construction organization is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and highly organized Project Manager to join its team. In this role, you will oversee multiple active construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating contractors, overseeing construction processes, developing and maintaining schedules, tracking inventory, and procuring materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts
- Coordinate, plan, and oversee schedules for contractors and subcontractors
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and skilled trades to execute projects
- Procure and manage materials, equipment, and resources
- Provide internal reporting on project status and performance
- Monitor construction progress and report on timelines, milestones, and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements, safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Perform cost estimation and support financial planning efforts
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within construction management
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices
- Self-motivated with the ability to work
