We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminum Welder to join our client in Bristol, IN! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding Operations: Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum materials according to project specifications, blueprints, and safety protocols.

• Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure accurate welding and fabrication of aluminum components.

• Quality Control: Inspect welds to ensure strength, durability, and aesthetic quality. Identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies in the welds.

• Fabrication: Cut, fit, and assemble aluminum parts as required, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and practices while working in the welding shop. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other welders, fabricators, and engineers to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Training and Development: Keep up to date with new welding techniques and technologies related to aluminum welding.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in welding preferred.

• Proven experience as an Aluminum Welder or in a similar welding role.

• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding on aluminum.

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety practices.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

• Good physical stamina, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
