Location:  South Bend, IN

Hours: Mon-Thurs 4:30pm - 3:00am

Pay:  Starting at $19/hr (quarterly reviews with potential increases = $2/hr increase after 1st year of employment!)

We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join a South Bend–based manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and long-term employee growth. In this role, you’ll work with air tools and machinery to build seats, ensuring smooth operation and consistent quality. You’ll load materials, start and monitor machines, and support your team in meeting production goals while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor machines to produce high-quality seats
• Load materials and ensure machines are running smoothly throughout shifts
• Perform regular checks on product quality and accuracy
• Work with air tools and hand tools to complete production tasks
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet deadlines
• Remain active on the floor, including walking around and monitoring equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• A quality-minded individual who takes pride in doing things right the first time
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in labor-intensive environments (standing, lifting, repetitive hand use)
• Ability to remain active throughout the day, including walking around machinery
• Team player who values collaboration to achieve shared goals

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00am (with occasional Friday overtime)
• Starting pay: $19/hr with regular raises (up to $2 within the first year)
