About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Public Accountant/Manager to join our growing firm. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and brings strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Prepare and review complex financial statements, reports, and disclosures
• Oversee audit, tax, and/or advisory engagements depending on expertise
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and professional standards
• Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior staff
• Communicate directly with clients to provide guidance and solutions
• Identify process improvements and contribute to firm growth initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
• CPA license required (or actively pursuing, if applicable)
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and lead teams

• Experience with audit, tax, or advisory services
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency with accounting and audit software
• Client relationship management experience
