**Job Title:** Project Engineer  
**Location:** Mishawaka, IN

**Salary:** $65,000-$80,000  

**Position Overview:**  
Seeking a Project Engineer to manage process and capital projects in our manufacturing facility, focusing on efficiency, safety, and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improvements, equipment upgrades, and cost-saving initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence.  
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.  
- Oversee equipment design, installation, and compliance with safety standards.  
- Manage project budgets and identify cost-reduction opportunities.  
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.  
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.  
- Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.  
- Train plant personnel on new systems and equipment.

**Qualifications:**  
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.  
- 2–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.  
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).  
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma frameworks.  
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  
- Preferred certifications: PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
