Experienced CNC Brake Press Operator - 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator who takes pride in producing quality work, values precision, and is looking for a company where they can build a long-term career.

Schedule
Monday - Thursday
2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Training may initially take place on first shift until the second-shift team is fully staffed.
Responsibilities
• Operate, set up, and program CNC Brake Press equipment, including Trumpf machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Select and utilize proper tooling for each application
• Perform machine setups and adjustments to ensure quality production
• Bend and form material using the proper sequence and manufacturing methods
• Conduct first-piece inspections and verify quality standards
• Measure dimensions and tolerances using calipers, gauges, tape measures, and other precision instruments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Qualifications
• Previous experience operating CNC Brake Press equipment
• Experience with Trumpf Brake Press equipment strongly preferred
• Ability to program machines from blueprints and specifications
• Extensive knowledge of brake press tooling, setups, and forming processes
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Experience performing first-piece inspections and quality checks
• Ability to accurately use calipers, gauges, tape measures, and other measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Metal fabrication experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
