Drive quality and security for a next-generation federal platform

Every day, thousands of federal civilian employees rely on secure, intuitive systems to execute critical mission operations. As part of the GSA GO.gov program—a 3rd-generation travel and expense (T&E) management platform designed to power federal civilian agencies for the next 15 years—your work will mitigate transition costs and ensure seamless operational readiness across government.

As a Functional & Integration Test Analyst, you will lead quality assurance, security-evidence collection, and release-readiness activities across coordinated enterprise capabilities. You will own the full quality lifecycle—developing test strategies, managing requirements traceability, coordinating test data and environments, and overseeing defect resolution through final production-release approvals.

If you bring hands-on API and integration testing expertise combined with a focus on defect-free execution, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape a high-impact federal technology platform.

What you’ll do

  • Own the quality strategy: Develop comprehensive test strategies and maintain rigorous end-to-end requirements traceability across complex workflow applications.

  • Execute multi-level testing: Lead functional, API, integration, and end-to-end testing to validate complex enterprise workflow and integration solutions.

  • Validate security and compliance: Verify role-based access control, data segregation, and audit behavior while managing required security evidence for release readiness.

  • Coordinate environments and data: Manage test environments and coordinate test data setups across multiple synchronized capabilities.

  • Drive defect resolution: Oversee defect management workflows, track bug resolution, validate user acceptance criteria, and grant final production-release approvals.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience testing enterprise workflow and integration solutions.

  • Technical validation tools:: Direct experience executing functional, API, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.

  • Security & governance focus: Hands-on experience using Postman, SQL, or comparable API and data-validation tools.

  • Quality & evidence management: Strong requirements-traceability, evidence-management, and defect-management skills.

  • Security & access control: Experience validating role-based access, data segregation, and audit logging behaviors.

  • Core productivity tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

  • Prior experience testing federal financial or travel-and-expense (T&E) platforms.

Why this opportunity stands out

  • Long-term mission impact: Help deliver the 3rd-generation platform that will manage federal travel and expense operations for the next 15 years.

  • High-visibility leadership: Take charge of critical security-evidence, release-readiness, and production-approval workflows.

  • Modern tech ecosystem: Expand your expertise across API automation, ServiceNow ATF, and enterprise integration validation.
