Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Some flexibility available after hire to adjust start or end times
- Overtime varies based on production needs
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Safely work inside electrical control cabinets to replace or repair components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including 120V, 240–480V, and 24VDC circuits
- Support PLC‑related troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and performing limited program modifications when required
- Maintain production equipment to ensure reliability and uptime while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with a small maintenance team in a high‑accountability manufacturing environment
Your Background
- Strong multi‑craft maintenance skill set with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
- Comfortable working in non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing facilities
- Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose issues, take ownership of repairs, and drive problems to resolution
- Willingness to provide and maintain a personal set of hand tools and toolbox (specialty tools provided)
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- PLC programming, instrumentation, or industrial controls experience
- Experience working in small‑to‑mid‑sized manufacturing plants
