Client Information:
- Client is a leader in manufacturing products for the military defense, aerospace, sports and leisure, marine, and other industries.
- The company has a global presence, with multiple production and R&D sites and several strategic distribution centers.
- The company has a strong presence in South Carolina and expanded its operations in the area in late 2020.
Your Role:
This is a true jack‑of‑all‑trades maintenance role, responsible for day‑to‑day troubleshooting and repair across the facility. The focus is on diagnosing control circuits (no PLC programming), working with OEMs on equipment installs, handling 240V motors and bearing replacements, and supporting numerous multiaxial machines. The role is first shift only with 8‑hour days, and you’ll work alongside a technician who’s been with the company for 9 years.
Your Background:

Manufacturing maintenance aptitude with a passion for solving complex equipment and maintenance issues, supported by a minimum of 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Broad base of maintenance understanding and ability to support a facility with a diverse range of equipment.
- Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred.
- Demonstration of commitment to achieving high performance. Leading by example, to show a strong work ethic and a determination to get the job done.
- Interest in emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
