Responsibilities (Not All-Inclusive):

  • Programming & Troubleshooting:
  • Program, debug, and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize VFDs, servo drives, and I/O systems.
  • Analyze and resolve issues in industrial automation networks.

Electrical Maintenance:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V down to 24DC)
  • Read, interpret, and modify technical documentation, including electrical schematics and P&IDs.

System Optimization:

  • Analyze process flows to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
  • Use KPIs and root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Support continuous improvement and capital projects through data-driven solutions.

Operational Support:

  • Provide on-shift technical assistance to prioritize customer needs and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Document software and hardware changes, on-shift activities, and project updates.
  • Develop and deliver training for operations and maintenance teams as needed.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, and 5S practices.

Schedule:

  • 1 Opening: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Wednesday (6PM-6AM)
  • 1 Opening: Thursday-Friday-Saturday, every other Wednesday (6PM-6AM)

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience (Mechatronics preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, electrical circuits, and industrial automation systems.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
  • Experience with industrial automation networks (Ethernet/IP).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
