Job Summary
 
We are seeking a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a large community health center. This clinic is part of a Community Health Center network that has over 20 locations. This is a new location with over 6000 sq ft of space.
 
Job Qualifications/Job Duties
  • Certified as a PMHNP in Indiana.
  • currently holding or eligible to obtain Prescriptive Authority in Indiana.
  • The NP will work with a team of professionals to include Psychiatrist, LCSWs and support staff to offer the best mental healthcare.
  • The Nurse Practitioner will  psychiatric health services, education, counseling and emotional support. 
  • NPs see 20-25 patients per day.
Compensation Package.
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $136k to $155k plus a bonus program.
  • We also offer a full benefits package.
