Senior Pricing Analyst

Department: Strategic Pricing, Global RGM Organization

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Strategic Pricing team within the Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) organization. This role will deliver pricing and profitability insights for the Company’s Commercial teams, including Marketing/Category Management and Sales, while supporting enterprise-wide pricing strategies and execution.

The Sr. Pricing Analyst will play a key role in managing the pricing lifecycle, optimizing margins and mix, and operationalizing category pricing and value strategies. This individual will collaborate closely with Finance, Executives, Supply Chain, and other Revenue Center of Excellence (RCoE) teams to ensure pricing decisions drive competitiveness, growth, and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of pricing strategies across categories, customers, and channels, aligned with the Company’s commercial strategy.

  • Manage the full pricing lifecycle for the Company’s products and services.

  • Develop pricing guidance and create models for different customer segments, including new product launches.

  • Conduct systematic market and profitability analysis, including competitor benchmarking and customer willingness-to-pay assessments.

  • Manage contract pricing, renewals, and private-label agreements to ensure margin sustainability.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other BI tools.

  • Automate reporting processes and develop scalable tools for daily/weekly business insights.

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover opportunities and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Track and measure the success of pricing changes through dashboards, KPIs, and profitability reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Cost Accounting to ensure alignment on pricing initiatives.

  • Lead moderate to highly complex analytical projects, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.

  • Support SAP pricing database management, including contract entry, discrepancy resolution, and M&A transitions.

  • Collaborate with Logistics on freight cost structures tied to pricing architecture and governance.

Governance & Process Improvement

  • Maintain contract integrity, ensure timely renewals, and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) pricing reviews.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP pricing, supporting system enhancements and master data uploads.

  • Contribute to cost analysis tool upgrades and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Strategic Pricing, CPG, or Food & Beverage.

  • Master’s degree and/or Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) credential preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience in pricing, data analytics, or finance with exposure to omni-channel or promotional strategies.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency with SQL, Tableau (Desktop & Server), Python, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to strategy and execution.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence across functions.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
