Job Description

• Provide legal advice on day-to-day operations of school districts and BOCES
• Research, write, and advise clients on education and employment-related legal matters
• Represent clients in administrative, state, and federal hearings
• Assist with contract drafting, business operations, student matters, and labor issues
• Contribute to the firm’s growing school construction legal practice

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• Experience or a strong interest in education law
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and advocate effectively for clients
