Growth Marketing Associate

Looking for candidates with strong Eloqua experience and content creation. Not looking for SFMC exp or marketing operations background.

B2B marketing, demand generation/growth marketing, strong Eloqua experience, healthcare/women's health experience, content creation ie writing articles, developing webinars, etc.

 

Executing a lot of email marketing campaigns through EloquaSetting up journeys, creating the content, account based marketing, ads in demand baseLooking for strong experience in Eloqua, 2-3 years minimum

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to support the tactical execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns that capture and create demand, drive buyer engagement, and accelerate pipeline, utilizing a combination of content, virtual webinars, email, ABM, and other channels, with a focus on reporting and data-driven optimization.

 

Who you are:

      Skilled in following best practices within email marketing, webinars, events, and consumer privacy.

      Successful track record of developing effective integrated campaigns that exceed funnel goals.

      Effective cross-functional collaborator across time zones and business lines

      Solid analytical skills and curiosity; you are eager to dig into the campaign results, interpret the data, draw conclusions, and share insights to inform what’s next.

      Familiarity with marketing & sales funnels, levers and customer journeys

      Ability to prioritize and focus your efforts on the highest impact opportunities

      Passionate for health equity and digital healthcare.

What you will do:

      Supports the team’s collaboration with the Enterprise and Ad Sales Sales teams to create thoughtful marketing strategies that attract, motivate, and engage sales prospects.

Intent-based Campaign Strategy

      Supports development of integrated content, campaign, and event plans that market to buyers and delight the market - driving acquisition, nurture and re-engagement opportunities of key audiences to fuel revenue growth and client retention.

      Supports event lead-gen strategy, identifying opportunities and providing compelling CTAs that drive both awareness and lead-gen

      Partners closely with product marketing to connect key messages and buyer/member pain points with compelling campaign content and marketing channel strategies.

      Continuously identifies ways to innovate content creation & distribution, including new channels, formats or executions, content partnerships, and emerging market opportunities.

      Supports testing and measurement of campaigns to enable data-driven decisions to optimize spend and improve performance.

 

 

 

ABM

      Supports Account Based Marketing content & campaigns that drive engagement from key accounts nominated by sales.

      Supports technical aspects of marketing portions of the DemandBase ABM platform (marketing dashboards, reports, target keyword lists, advertising, audiences, etc.)

 

What we require:

      Minimum 2 years of B2B and B2B2C healthcare marketing experience, preferably in digital healthcare

      Experience in and ability to effectively leverage digital marketing technologies including SaleForce.com (SFDC), DemandBase and Eloqua. Project and event management and prioritization skills with mastery of the details; you’re able to manage multiple projects at any given time.

      Experience writing email copy that engages while adhering to brand voice and brand standards
