We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Finance Manager to support our Human Nutrition & Health business. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll partner directly with business leaders, influence key decisions, and help drive growth, profitability, and operational performance.

What You’ll Do

As a trusted business partner to commercial leadership, you will blend hands-on financial management with strategic insight to support business performance and long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Business Unit Directors to provide financial guidance and strategic decision support
• Lead monthly financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes
• Deliver clear, actionable insights by explaining business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support pricing strategy, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives
• Build financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support operational and commercial decisions
• Help identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance
• Drive continuous improvement within finance processes, reporting, and analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams, supply chain, and accounting leadership
• Present financial information and recommendations to senior leadership, including executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a finance professional who combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the confidence to influence decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
