Summary:
The main objective of this position is to identify and convert new business opportunities for client.
Success comes through persistence, high volumes of outbound dials, and consistent email communications with prospects and targeted accounts. This position is expected to generate new business, incremental revenue, and testing volume opportunities through executing outbound call campaigns. This is a new business development and lead generation position. Once an opportunity is found, it will be given to a member of the sales team to follow up and execute.
Responsibilities
- Driving business through phone marketing campaigns: ISEs will be engaged in sales campaigns over the phone to drive leads, new business, and testing conversions. This can include the need for 40+ outbound dials per day.
- Lead generation: As growth opportunities develop through relationships over the phone, ISEs will be responsible for working with the inside reps to send out qualified leads. These leads may include:
- Clients interested in additional testing options following a phone conversation
- Participating in lead generation call(s) with field reps to identify accounts requiring additional support during the month
The role of a product information specialist is to sell goods for wholesalers or manufacturers to businesses or groups of individuals. They demonstrate their products and explain how those products could benefit the customer, by reducing costs and/increasing sales.Job Responsibilities:Recommend products to customers, based on customers needs and interests.Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates.Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time. Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required. 2-4 years experience required.
