Project Manager – Civil Construction
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from start to finish—ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and cost management skills, with the ability to coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of project delivery: safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
Coordinate with Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and project documentation.
Conduct weekly project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee project startup through closeout, including inspections and final payment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in civil construction.
Skilled in budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
OSHA 10 Certification.
