Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team. This full time/direct hire position is in the office 5 days per week for the first 90 days. The firm is located in McAllen, Texas.
Key Requirements:
- Must have 4 or more years of experience in Insurance Defense, Construction Litigation or Personal Injury Defense Litigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and e-filing is essential.
- Knowledge of WordPerfect preferred.
- Ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe documents
- Draft pleadings and correspondence
- Manage time entries
- Maintain calendars
- Arrange travel for attorneys
This full-time, direct-hire position is based in San Antonio. After 90 days, you'll have the option to work from home one day per week. Full benefits are provided by the firm.
