Product Manager – AI & Emerging Products

We’re looking for a product-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of innovation, execution, and user impact. This role is ideal for someone who has already shipped meaningful products in high-velocity environments and is ready to own 0→1 initiatives that will shape the next wave of AI-powered tools.

What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end product development, from idea to launch, with a focus on fast iteration and user engagement.

• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver polished, intuitive experiences that delight users.

• Translate user needs and data insights into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.

• Lead new product creation (0→1) or scale enterprise-grade workflows with impact at the organizational level.

• Champion the voice of the user while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of product management or product-oriented leadership experience, ideally at fast-scaling startups or as an early PM hire.

• Proven success shipping products with meaningful adoption and engagement.

• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of AI-powered products and how AI tooling can accelerate development.

• Ex-founder or early startup hire experience is a major plus.

• Healthcare workflow expertise is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to guide decisions.

• Exceptional communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence across teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.

• Must be willing to work in-person in San Francisco at least 3 days per week.
