Job Description

Manage real estate transactions including simple refinances, buyer-only and seller-only deals, and full closings
Handle builder-related matters, from initial project setup through to final contracts and draw requests
Coordinate all phases of the residential closing process
Prepare and organize closing documents and ensure timelines are met
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal staff

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
Experience with closings and builder transactions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with standard office equipment (copier, scanner, phone)
