Our client, a highly respected AmLaw 50 law firm with a sophisticated real estate practice, is seeking talented Real Estate Associate Attorneys to join their teams in Century City or Los Angeles. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in California.
  • 4–6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions.
  • Strong background in real estate financing, lender representation, co-lender/intercreditor agreements, and/or commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex transactions efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent lenders and financial institutions in real estate financing transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents.
  • Advise clients on structuring and closing complex commercial real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on matters related to CMBS and other structured finance transactions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Compensation & Benefits:

The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including a generous base salary of $310,000-$390,000, and performance-based bonuses.
