Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney

A highly regarded legal team is seeking an associate with 1-5 years of experience to join its Finance & Restructuring practice in Delaware. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, representing clients in complex financial restructurings and dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a range of bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters
Represent clients in financial restructurings, insolvency proceedings, and litigation
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery
Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice
Work closely with clients, partners, and legal teams on case strategy and resolution

Qualifications:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
1-5 years of experience in litigation and/or bankruptcy matters
Admission to the Delaware Bar
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
Excellent academic credentials
