Primary Responsibilities
• Resolving user issues while expanding knowledge of new technolog
• Ensuring stability and reliability across the existing infrastructure portfolio.
• Supporting applications with direct business impact, influencing both user experience and financial outcomes.
• Contributing to team growth through shared learning and mentorship.
• Deploying enterprise‑level applications.
• Collaborating with senior engineers and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Supporting endpoint and collaboration technologies, including laptops, desktops, and related tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong technical foundation gained through a relevant degree program or equivalent experience.
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.) and an interest in developing deeper expertise.
• High personal standards with no tolerance for low‑quality work.
• Understanding of enterprise systems such as DNS, Active Directory, networking, and file‑sharing technologies.
• Proficiency in
two or more of the following: Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, iPhones, Amazon WorkSpaces, Azure services, SCCM, PowerShell.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
