Associate- Portfolio Management (Real Estate)
Responsibilities
Job Summary The candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of existing products and strategies, focusing on operations, investor due diligence and onboarding, financial analysis, research, client presentations, and marketing/client services. They will also contribute to the development of new product strategies and collaborate with various corporate teams, including portfolio management, finance, legal, performance, research, and marketing/client services.
Primary Responsibilities

Oversee performance, capital flow, allocations, and operations for the company’s product strategies.

Model cash flow scenarios and create financial analyses using centralized data.

Maintain critical investment data, trendlines, and themes in collaboration with portfolio management and finance teams.

Develop presentation decks, analyses, and memorandums for senior management and investors.

Support the marketing, investor onboarding, and client servicing of product strategies in coordination with distribution teams, trustees, and fund administrators.

Draft responses for investor/consultant due diligence and reporting requests.

Ensure product operational compliance and risk management processes are upheld.

Conduct competitive analyses, review industry trends, and work on special projects.

Assist in designing and implementing new product strategies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 required.

3+ years of experience in real estate, finance, product management, or related fields (1-2 years with an MBA or master’s degree in a business-related field).

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication and writing skills.

Strong interest in a dynamic, complex field with evolving opportunities and players.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to work with data sets to produce clear, concise charts and tables.
