We’re seeking an experienced Industrial Property Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and financial performance of a multi‑property industrial portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong tenant relationships, and excels at managing both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term planning.
 
What You’ll Do
• Manage daily operations across multiple industrial properties, ensuring all sites meet internal quality and performance standards.
• Oversee maintenance activities, capital improvements, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate tenant move‑ins, move‑outs, and tenant improvement projects in alignment with lease requirements.
• Lead capital and deferred maintenance projects, including sourcing bids and managing contractors.
• Review and approve service agreements, project proposals, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Evaluate tenant alteration requests and provide operational recommendations.
• Partner closely with internal teams to support portfolio strategy and performance.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and expense reconciliations.
• Review and approve invoices, contracts, and monthly financial reporting.
• Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service.
• Develop and maintain a reliable network of vendors and contractors across multiple markets.
 
Leadership Responsibilities
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to direct reports.
• Participate in performance reviews and ongoing development conversations.
• Set clear expectations and model professional, values‑driven behavior.
 
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of property management experience, ideally within the industrial sector.
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Solid understanding of industrial leases and operational requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Self‑starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
