POSITION: Sales - Medical Device Start-Up

LOCATION: Atlanta, Miami/Orland/Tampa, Dallas

A dynamic medical device start-up in north Atlanta is recruiting ambitious, early-career sales professionals to join our growing commercial team.

Experience in medical device sales — familiar in the pain management field with companies like Stryker, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, or similar — is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.

This is a great opportunity to work directly with physicians, clinics, and healthcare systems to expand adoption of a category-defining technology.

This is an opportunity to develop new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective customers and introducing them to pain management-defining technology

Responsibilities / Tasks:

·       Identify and research prospective physicians, clinics, healthcare systems, and other potential customers.

·       Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

·       Initiate conversations with prospective customers and create interest in the company's pain management technology.

·       Qualify prospects based on need, application, interest, timing, and potential fit.

·       Schedule qualified meetings, demonstrations, or discovery calls for the appropriate sales representative.

·       Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRM.

·       Follow up consistently with prospects that are not yet ready to engage.

·       Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.

·       Meet or exceed agreed-upon activity, qualified-meeting, and pipeline-generation / sales goals.

Qualifications:

·       Some prior experience in medical device sales, clinical sales support, or a related commercial role in healthcare / med-tech

·       Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA-regulated medical devices, clinical/healthcare compliance)

·       Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with healthcare professionals, clinical staff, and physicians.

·       Comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, and conducting consistent prospecting activity.

·       Coachable and willing to learn a complex medical technology and understand its application in the pain management field.

·       Self-starter — able to organize their daily activities,

·       Willingness to travel occasionally for training, company meetings, conferences, or other sales-related activities.
