Senior Property Accountant
As Senior Property Accountant you will act as the bridge between property-level data and corporate financial reporting. You will handle high-level financial oversight and oversee the accuracy of the entire accounting cycle for specific portfolio of hospitality and commercial properties.

Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for a portfolio of properties.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Leading the annual budget process and performing variance analysis (comparing actuals vs. budget) to explain financial fluctuations to stakeholders.

Treasury & Cash Management: Monitoring cash flow, managing operating and reserve accounts, and overseeing distributions to owners or investors.

Compliance: Ensuring all accounting practices follow GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and managing year-end audits or tax filings.

Lease Administration Support: Reviewing complex lease agreements to ensure proper revenue recognition, including CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and escalations.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA are a plus
- Proficient with Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio
