Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion phases.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and systems.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality audit services and solutions.
- Stay updated with changes in auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or a similar auditing role.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, GAAP, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
