In addition to that, corporate has been rolling out some new procedures and forms around safety and so this person will be looking at the site safety program, comparing that to some of the corporate programming and then reconciling and discrepancies and or conflicts between the two. In summary, this role will be taking a look at the programming, making adjustments and then serving as the site safety champion. Unit operations at the site include: spray drying, distillation, liquid/solid mixing and fluidized bed coating.
Qualifications:
- Degree is preferred, non-degree is possible with the requisite experience
- Looking for someone who is familiar with OSHA manufacturing safety regulations and standards; the ideal candidate would also have some familiarity with PSM (process safety management) but that is not a requirement.

- Looking for someone who has a demonstrated track record of being able to get people's buy-in on changes
