This remote opportunity allows you to remain where you currently live while occasionally traveling to established and new clients nationwide. This position is responsible for leading and managing all digital design and drawing production activities across multiple projects. The role serves as the firm’s subject matter expert in Revit, CAD, and BIM systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in project coordination and documentation. You’ll oversee drawing standards, provide technical support to engineering and project teams, and drive continuous improvement in digital design workflows. This opportunity also includes mentoring staff, implementing innovative design tools, and contributing technical expertise to engineering projects - functioning as a lead engineer when needed.

 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field with at least 8+ years of progressive experience using Revit, CAD, and BIM coordination.
• Must have some experience working with fire protection systems/industry.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain drawing templates, client standards, and troubleshoot complex BIM/CAD challenges across multiple projects.
• Autodesk Revit certification or similar credentials are preferred.
