Job Overview:

This is a high-impact Site Manager opportunity with a well-established, global manufacturing organization. This plant is located near the Greater Los Angeles, CA area. We’ve been supporting this company over the past year on a variety of roles and site locations. This is the largest opportunity they’ve shared with us. This role will oversee a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility (400+ employees, 10 direct reports) and is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and overall site performance. They’re looking for a strong operational leader and change agent to help take the plant to the next level - focusing on efficiency, capital improvements, and long-term growth initiatives. The position carries full P&L responsibility and has strong visibility with executive leadership. They’re targeting someone with a solid background in manufacturing operations, experience leading large teams / facilities, and a proven track record of improving plant performance and driving results.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of manufacturing operations/engineering experience, with 5+ years in a plant leadership role
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and plant performance at scale
• Experience managing large teams and full P&L responsibility within a complex manufacturing environment
