Director of Technical Accounting & M&A
Your Impact
Join a world-class finance organization at a high-growth, publicly traded technology company where accounting is a strategic partner to the business—not just a reporting function. As Director of Technical Accounting & M&A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Company's growth strategy by leading the accounting evaluation and execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, capital markets activities, and other complex transactions.
This is a highly visible leadership position that sits at the intersection of Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, Investor Relations, and Executive Leadership. You will serve as the Company's subject matter expert on technical accounting matters while influencing key business decisions that drive long-term shareholder value.
You will lead accounting research and operational analysis with a primary focus on M&A, strategic equity and debt investments, capital allocation initiatives, new accounting standards, and other high-impact projects. In addition, you will support public company reporting, earnings releases, and SEC filings, helping ensure transparent and best-in-class financial disclosures.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, commercially minded, and energized by solving complex business challenges in a fast-paced technology environment. You will have the opportunity to advise senior executives on transformative transactions, develop company-wide accounting policies, mentor team members, and present recommendations directly to executive leadership.
