Our client is a  leader in the sports surfacing industry, specializing in the design and installation of outdoor running tracks and athletic surfaces. With operations based in Destin, FL and active projects across the Southeast and Midwest, we bring premium-quality track systems to educational institutions, municipalities, and sports facilities nationwide. 

Position Overview:

As a Sports Surfacing Installer, you’ll be an essential member of our field team, responsible for the hands-on installation and maintenance of athletic surfaces. This is a full-time travel role for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, thrive in outdoor settings, and want to be part of building something that lasts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Surface Preparation: Assist with layout, measuring, and prepping sites for surfacing systems.

· Installation: Apply and finish synthetic surfaces (including pour-in-place rubber) to project specifications.

· Repairs & Maintenance: Patch, reseal, or resurface as needed on existing tracks and courts.

· Material Handling: Load, unload, and manage surfacing materials and equipment onsite.

· Quality Control: Follow company and manufacturer standards to ensure precision and durability.

· Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE on every jobsite.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete jobs efficiently.

Requirements:

· Experience in running track or pour-in-place surfacing installation is REQUIRED

· Valid driver's license with ability to travel 100% of the time (multi-state)

· Physically able to lift/pull up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Ability to pass a drug and background check

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

· Team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
