Position: Audit Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an Audit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with firm leadership to serve clients, contribute to business growth, and play a pivotal role in the firm's achievements. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor and coach to a group of talented staff, utilizing your expertise to foster their technical and professional development.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit and Assurance (A&A) within public accounting. The following qualifications are also necessary:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (required); Master's or advanced degree (preferred).
  • CPA designation or CPA-in-process (required).
  • Preferably, 3+ years of experience working with construction clients.
  • At least five (5) years of experience providing financial statement auditing services.
  • Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
  • Demonstrated expertise in management, analytics, organization, interpersonal skills, project management, and effective communication.
  • Ability to lead and guide others, deliver exceptional client service, show dedication to ongoing learning to stay updated on relevant strategies, grasp both the larger context and finer details, possess ethical knowledge, and uphold a commitment to quality and timely project completion.
  • Proficiency in software and Microsoft Suite applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
