Microsoft Defender/Purview Consultant 

Location: Houston, Texas (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Microsoft Defender Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients through expert consultation and technical proficiency. 
 

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to clients' business needs, with a focus on the Microsoft Defender suite of products, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender Vulnerability Management.
 
  1. Design, implement and maintain Entra ID Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and App Governance.
  2. Design, implement and maintain Microsoft Defender and Purview solutions for our clients.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on Microsoft 365 Defender suite of products.
  4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Defender suite of products and related integrations, addressing customer-facing challenges effectively. 
  5. Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize their utilization of Microsoft 365 tools and facilitate a positive customer-facing experience. 
  6. Collaborative and innovative work environment – knowledge sharing and learning from others. 
 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
  2. Proven experience as a Consultant with the Microsoft Defender suite of products. 
  3. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and Office 365 security features. 
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language. 
  5. Relevant Microsoft Certifications 
 

Conditions of Employment

  1. Based in the US, Hybrid, Houston, Texas
  2. Full-time/Days with flexible hours

  4. PTO 3 weeks first year 
  5. Salary: $100K to $130K
