Join a growing manufacturer where you can make a direct impact on production performance, quality, and team development. We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead Assembly, Paint, and Finishing operations, keep production on schedule, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily production activities, scheduling, workflow, and continuous improvement in assigned areas (Assembly, Paint, and Sewing).
• Partner with HR on selection, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Coach and develop team leads and production employees to drive productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to eliminate production bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce rework, and increase efficiency.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in assembly and finishing (preferably paint, powder coating, and/or sewing) operations and 2+ years of leadership experience in a union environment. Finishing operations experience strongly preferred (paint, powder coating, cut and sew, final assembly).
• Strong floor presence, process improvement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with production metrics tracking, continuous improvement, and quality systems (such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and/or IATF 16949) required.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and create work instructions.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing preferred.
