We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our production team! This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on work operating injection molding equipment.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Prepare and operate injection molding machines
• Mask and unmask parts
• Load and unload parts from machines
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Repair defective parts as needed
• Clean molds and production equipment
• Check machine settings and operating parameters
• Ensure materials are ready for production
• Follow safety and production procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude preferred
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail

💪 Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, pushing, pulling and stooping
• Ability to lift, pull and carry 20–50+ lbs., depending on the assignment
• Comfortable working in heat during the summer and cold during the winter
