CMM Talent Partners is partnering with a client based in Dallas, TX seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and assist in delivering critical people programs across a growing global workforce. HR Coordinator Overview
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes. Reporting to the HR Director, this position assists with employee onboarding, HR data management, compliance tasks, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is organized, service-minded, and eager to learn within a fast-paced HR team.
 
HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and schedule coordination.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and route inquiries to appropriate HR team members.
Maintain accurate employee records, support HRIS data entry, and assist with reporting as needed.
Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, posting job openings, and communicating with candidates.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company communications.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations by maintaining required documentation.
Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, new-hire packets, organizational charts, and policy updates.
Coordinate logistics for HR meetings, training programs, and internal events.
Partner with HR team members to support process alignment and shared initiatives as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure professionalism in all HR-related interactions.
 
HR Coordinator Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered over degree.
1–3 years of HR, administrative, or coordination experience.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
