A highly respected Business Management Firm serving entertainment industry professionals and high-net-worth individuals is seeking experienced Business Managers to join its growing team in the Beverly Hills Area.
This is a senior-level opportunity for professionals who can independently manage sophisticated client relationships and oversee the complete financial and personal affairs of high-net-worth individuals, entertainers, executives, and their related entities.
The ideal candidate combines strong tax and accounting expertise with exceptional client service, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate complex financial matters across multiple professional advisors.

Location: Beverly Hills Area
Schedule: Hybrid — approximately 3-4 days in-office and 1-2 days remote
Position Overview
The Business Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial and personal affairs of an assigned portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This role serves as a central point of coordination between clients, Partners, Account Managers, tax professionals, attorneys, investment advisors, insurance professionals, and other members of the client’s advisory team.
The successful candidate will be highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex accounting, tax, estate, insurance, investment, and lifestyle-related matters with discretion and minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Client Financial Management

Manage the daily financial and personal affairs of assigned clients.

Review and approve daily accounting and bookkeeping activity.

Monitor cash flow, financial reporting, and liquidity needs.

Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.

Coordinate major financial decisions and transactions.

Maintain close communication with clients and their professional representatives.
Tax and Financial Planning

Provide income tax planning and preparation support.

Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, LLC, and other pass-through entity tax matters.

Coordinate quarterly estimates, projections, and year-end tax planning.

Collaborate with internal and external tax professionals.

Assist with estate planning and long-term wealth strategies.
Insurance and Risk Management
-
Review personal, business, property, liability, and specialty insurance coverage.

Coordinate insurance renewals, claims, and coverage recommendations.
-
Identify potential financial and operational risks affecting clients.
Complex Transactions and Personal Affairs
-
Assist with real estate purchases, sales, financing, and related transactions.

Oversee automobile, aircraft, and yacht purchases, sales, and ongoing maintenance.

Coordinate with attorneys regarding prenuptial agreements, divorces, trusts, and estate matters.

Assist clients with personal and business staffing needs.
-
Support additional lifestyle and financial matters requiring discretion and judgment.
Team and Relationship Leadership

Work closely with Partners, Account Managers, accountants, and administrative staff.

Review team deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
-
Delegate responsibilities and monitor deadlines.
-
Coordinate with attorneys, agents, investment advisors, bankers, and insurance professionals.

Ensure clients receive proactive, responsive, and high-touch service.
Qualifications
-
4+ years of prior Business Management experience.

Experience managing high-net-worth individuals and entertainment industry clients strongly preferred.

Strong tax planning and tax preparation experience.
-
CPA designation or advanced degree preferred.
