About the Opportunity

A premier Business Management Firm serving the entertainment industry is seeking a Bookkeeper to join its growing team in the Beverly Hills Area.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional who enjoys supporting high-profile entertainment and high-net-worth clients. The Bookkeeper will work closely with one or more Account Managers and assist with the day-to-day financial operations of assigned client accounts.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 - $85,000 base salary

Location: Beverly Hills Area

Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Perform full-charge bookkeeping for assigned client accounts.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate general ledger records.

• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.

• Set up and manage client vendor accounts, including billing, utilities, telephone, and other recurring services.

• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.

• Assist Account Managers and Accountants with special projects.

• Communicate with internal team members regarding client activity, deadlines, and outstanding items.

• Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.

• Experience working in a Business Management Firm, accounting firm, or professional services environment preferred.

• Proficiency with Datafaction and document imaging systems.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and payroll.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work full-time in a hybrid environment.
