Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support and scale a growing commercial organization within the life sciences/diagnostics space. This role will own CRM administration, reporting, forecasting, and sales analytics, serving as a key partner to sales leadership and field teams.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving data quality, and enabling sales teams through clear insights and efficient processes.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day administration and optimization of the CRM platform, including workflows, permissions, and data governance
- Manage physician and institutional data, integrations, and quality controls
- Build dashboards and reports that track pipeline performance, utilization, market penetration, and field productivity
- Develop forecasting logic and predictive models to support targeting and growth strategies
- Maintain automated data pipelines between CRM and analytics tools
- Act as the primary operational support partner for field teams
- Manage sales compensation administration in collaboration with finance
- Create documentation, training, and best practices to drive system adoption
- Identify and resolve operational issues that impact sales execution
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or Business Systems
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or similar platforms preferred)
- Experience building workflows, dashboards, and reports independently
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or equivalent
- Experience working with regulated or sensitive data; healthcare or life sciences experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment
