  • Build, scale, and lead the U.S. commercial organization over the next 12 to 24 months, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Define and evolve territory models, account segmentation, and go-to-market strategy as the business scales
  • Serve as a primary field presence, engaging directly with laboratory executives, pathologists, and senior stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer, feeding market insight back into product, operations, and leadership teams
  • Establish repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms that support sustainable growth
  • Support required compliance and training initiatives related to information security, quality, and regulatory standards

Required Experience and Background

  • Experience managing broad territories and leading field-based sales organizations
  • Demonstrated success building, coaching, and scaling high-performing commercial teams
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
  • Comfort operating in fast-growing, technology-driven healthcare environments
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with partner-based or vendor-supported delivery models
  • Exposure to clinical networks or distributed service models

  • Competitive senior-level base salary with performance-based growth potential
  • Healthcare coverage
  • Competitive annual leave
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and diagnostic quality
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and executive visibility
