Women's Health Account Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

A growing healthcare diagnostics organization is seeking a Women’s Health Account Executive to support expansion within the Colorado market. This field-based role focuses on educating OB-GYN practices and women’s health providers on diagnostic offerings, driving new business, and supporting existing accounts. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage a territory with autonomy and strategic focus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage and grow a geographic territory of women’s health accounts
• Conduct outreach and education for OB-GYN and related providers
• Present and upsell diagnostic services
• Plan and organize daily appointment schedules for new and existing customers
• Provide ongoing support including office setup, billing coordination, and issue resolution
• Document all client interactions and activities in CRM
• Monitor industry and market trends to guide sales strategy
• Submit weekly activity reports and territory updates
• Partner with internal teams to resolve service-related concerns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic services and relevant materials

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Science, Business, Marketing, or related field)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
• 4–5 years of healthcare sales experience preferred
• Experience in laboratory diagnostics strongly preferred
• Prior sales experience calling on OB-GYN or women’s health practices required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• CRM proficiency and strong computer literacy
