POSITION SUMMARY
A growing healthcare diagnostics organization is seeking a Women’s Health Account Executive to support expansion within the Colorado market. This field-based role focuses on educating OB-GYN practices and women’s health providers on diagnostic offerings, driving new business, and supporting existing accounts. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage a territory with autonomy and strategic focus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage and grow a geographic territory of women’s health accounts
- Conduct outreach and education for OB-GYN and related providers
- Present and upsell diagnostic services
- Plan and organize daily appointment schedules for new and existing customers
- Provide ongoing support including office setup, billing coordination, and issue resolution
- Document all client interactions and activities in CRM
- Monitor industry and market trends to guide sales strategy
- Submit weekly activity reports and territory updates
- Partner with internal teams to resolve service-related concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic services and relevant materials

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Science, Business, Marketing, or related field)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- 4–5 years of healthcare sales experience preferred
- Experience in laboratory diagnostics strongly preferred
- Prior sales experience calling on OB-GYN or women’s health practices required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- CRM proficiency and strong computer literacy
