Overview

A rapidly growing, innovative diagnostics organization is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to drive growth within a defined territory. This individual will be responsible for expanding market adoption of specialized laboratory testing services, with a strong focus on women’s health and physician office engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth within an assigned territory
  • Call on OB/GYNs, specialty physicians, and clinical staff to promote diagnostic testing services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and existing accounts
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding and account support
  • Coordinate with internal teams including laboratory operations, genetic counseling, and client services
  • Ensure proper test utilization, sample submission processes, and follow-up on account activity
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and company policies (including HIPAA)
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
  • Manage travel within territory, including occasional overnight travel

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory sales, or healthcare sales
  • Strong preference for experience calling on OB/GYN or women’s health providers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate complex healthcare environments
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
