Senior Manufacturing Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer who can take ownership of how our products move from supplier production through final build at our facility. This role has broad visibility and influence across the organization, especially as we continue to expand our product lines. You’ll work closely with external manufacturing partners and internal engineering teams to refine processes, strengthen quality, and support electrical and PCBA-focused assemblies. This is a fully onsite position.
Please note: we are not able to provide sponsorship for H‑1B, F‑1 OPT, or STEM OPT at this time.
Key Responsibilities

- Create, refine, and maintain manufacturing workflows, tooling concepts, and line layouts to enhance throughput, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Design, Test, Quality, and Operations teams to address non-conformances and drive ongoing improvements across the production lifecycle.
- Lead the development and rollout of manufacturing strategies for new product introductions, ensuring readiness from prototype through ramp.
- Use structured problem-solving and root‑cause methodologies to diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Contribute to cost‑reduction efforts, supplier evaluations, and product enhancement initiatives throughout the lifecycle of each program.
Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- At least five years of hands-on experience in electrical or PCBA manufacturing environments.
- Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and their practical application on the factory floor.
- Ability to review PCBA designs and engineering documentation, offering clear and actionable DFX guidance.
- Solid understanding of statistical tools used for process monitoring, control, and optimization.
Preferred Experience
- Proven success in resolving complex electrical manufacturing challenges and communicating effectively across engineering and operations groups.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions across engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
- Familiarity with environmental protection processes such as conformal coating selection, preparation, application, and rework best practices.
- Background working with EMS partners on performance management, along with exposure to industrial test automation and electrical safety standards.
- Understanding of relevant manufacturing regulations, compliance expectations, and industry standards.
