Develop new food distributor partners on the Eastern US.
Looking for foodservice sales and distributor management experience.
A leading producer of premium frozen fruit purées, concentrates, and custom blends supplying the foodservice channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop new distributor partnerships and manage existing to bring world-class ingredients to top chefs, mixologists, and foodservice operators. Lead sales efforts across the Eastern half of the US with a focus on the Northeast. Develop new business in target markets through strategic outreach and market insights. Travel monthly to visit key accounts, attend events, and lead trainings. Use CRM (Salesforce) to track leads, support execution, and ensure communication. Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive performance and market penetration.
Qualifications:
BS/BA.
3+ years of foodservice sales experience, including distributor management.
Self-starter with strong relationship-building and account management skills.
Must manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and working within approved budgets.
Experience working with CRM software: Salesforce, MS Office, or Navision.
30-60-90-day sales planning.
Travel: 30-50%.
Base Salary $90K + 20% bi-annual bonus, 100% company paid medical, dental, vision and Life insurance, EAP program, 401K, profit sharing approximately 12% annual, 11 paid Holidays, vacation, company laptop, docking station, cell phone, and company credit card. Mileage reimbursement.
